Job summary

Closing the Gap Healthcare is seeking a Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our team in Toronto for home and community-based care. The position offers flexible part-time hours with the opportunity to make a direct impact on children’s health and daily functioning.

You will provide specialized physiotherapy services in clients’ homes and community settings, maintain documentation, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing.
• Valid Driver’s License and a reliable insured vehicle.
• Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) within 12 months of hire (or in process), with a current Criminal Records Check.
• ADP Authorizer (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide physiotherapy care to clients in their homes and within the community.
• Coordinate care with families and healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Adhere to CTG policies and professional standards.

We are seeking a dedicated Home and Community Peadiatric Physiotherapist to join our team in Toronto. As a vital member of our healthcare organization, you will be responsible for providing specialized physiotherapy care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes and within the community.

The Successful Physiotherapist Will

• Have current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing
