Job summary

Spectrum Health Care, based in Toronto, is seeking Registered Physiotherapists for full- and part-time positions as part of the Allied Health team. You will assess patients at home, develop and deliver treatment plans focused on mobility and function, and collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists to support goals of care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
• Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
• 3–5 years of physiotherapist experience preferred.
• Valid Ontario driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative care team.
• Proficiency in assessments, interpreting findings, and evidence-based treatment plans.
• Familiarity with assistive devices and environmental modifications.
• Pay-per-visit compensation model (pay per visit).

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans based on the patient's unique needs and goals of care.
• Participate in clinical huddles and case conferences with team members such as physicians, nurses, social workers, speech therapists and occupational therapists.
• Conduct physiotherapy assessment, consultation and planned interventions for patients.
• Engage in skilled, compassionate communication with patients, families, and caregivers regarding mobility, and function.
• Educate and mentors patients, family and caregivers on strategies to maintain safe mobility and function in the home setting.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards

Job Description

• Pay per visit model (Compensation is based on experience. Pay per visit ranges from $55 - $70)
