Job summary

Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is seeking a dedicated Home and Community Physiotherapist to join our team in Toronto West. This part-time role offers the opportunity to provide specialized care to clients in their homes and within the community, with flexible scheduling that you control.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services, maintaining thorough documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Have current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Have a valid Driver’s License (G2/G) and reliable insured vehicle.
• Have Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) within 12 months of hire (or in process), with a current Criminal Records Check.
• Preferably an ADP Authorizer.

We are seeking a dedicated Home and Community Physiotherapist to join our team in Toronto. As a vital member of our healthcare organization, you will be responsible for providing specialized physiotherapy care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes and within the community.

The Successful Physiotherapist Will
