Overview

Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is seeking a dedicated Home and Community Physiotherapist to join our team in Toronto. Provide specialized physiotherapy care to individuals in their homes and within the community. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Responsibilities
  • Provide physiotherapy services in home and community settings, with a holistic view of client needs.
  • Collaborate with a team and contribute to a positive culture that supports ongoing learning and sharing best practices.
  • Manage your schedule with CTG’s flexibility to accommodate other obligations.
Qualifications
  • Current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Valid Driver’s License (G2/G) and a reliable insured vehicle
  • Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) within 12 months of hire (or in process), with a current Criminal Records Check
  • ADP Authorizer is preferred
