Job summary

Closing the Gap Healthcare is seeking a Home and Community Paediatric Physiotherapist to serve clients in Toronto and surrounding areas. The role offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to impact clients’ lives by delivering care in home and community settings.

The successful candidate must hold current registration with the Ontario College of Physiotherapists, have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle, and be comfortable working in a unionized,

Qualifications

• Have current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Have a valid Driver’s License(G2/G) and reliable insured vehicle.
• Have Vulnerable Sector Screening within 12 months of hire (or in process), with a current Criminal Records Check.
• Preferably an ADP Authorizer

Responsibilities

• Provide physiotherapy services in clients' homes and within the community.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in education and evidence-based practice.
