Job summary

Axiomatic Technologies Corporation in Mississauga is seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to design PCB layouts for high-speed signals and RF applications.

You will collaborate with Mechanical, Schematic, BOM engineers and Manufacturing to optimize layouts based on technical feedback, while communicating with PCB manufacturers to ensure manufacturability. A strong background in Altium and CAN/Ethernet protocols is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of layout design experience.
• Experience with Altium design tools.
• Knowledge of CAN, T1/Tx Ethernet, GMSL, USB is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and in teams; strong communication.

• Design layout of PCBs from schematic for high-speed signals, RF, high-density, low- and high-power signals.

• We are looking for a candidate that has experience with high-speed signals, RF design, flex boards, signal integrity, high-density, low- and high-power signals, EMC/EMI, that can work well independently and in a team environment
• The successful candidate will also have strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. The chosen candidate will work closely with Hardware, Mechanical and Component Engineers as well as Purchasing and Manufacturing departments.

The pay range for this role is:
75,000 - 100,000 CAD per year(Mississauga)
