The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate processing and validation of payroll data, and maintaining compliance with labor standards and company policies. This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling complex payroll tasks, resolving discrepancies, and providing exceptional support to both management and employees. The ideal candidate will possess a DEC (Diploma of College Studies) in accounting, finance, or administration. Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office suite, and payroll software such as Nethris is essential; experience with Nethris is considered a strong asset. Bilingual fluency in French and English is required to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Prior experience in payroll processing or related roles will be highly valued.
Our client offers a competitive salary range between $68,000 and $78,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
