Job summary

A dynamic HR consulting firm is seeking a Payroll & HRIS Consultant in Canada. This position offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time work, supporting clients with payroll compliance and HRIS implementations. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience, strong knowledge of Canadian payroll laws, and excels in a consulting environment. Competitive salary of $60,000–$75,000 is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of payroll and/or HRIS experience.
• PCP designation or CPM designation an asset.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation and Alberta Employment Standards.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in ensuring payroll practices comply with legislation.
• Assist with the selection and implementation of payroll and HRIS systems.
• Review and improve payroll and HRIS workflows.
