CAMH is recruiting a casual Payroll Supervisor in Toronto to oversee end-to-end bi-weekly payroll processing using Oracle Fusion, ensuring accuracy and compliance with provincial and federal legislation. You will manage the payroll system, monitor ROEs, and assist staff with pay questions while maintaining confidentiality.
You will liaise with internal/external partners, reconcile payroll data for T4s and general ledger, and stay current with CRA rules and changes affecting payroll.
The Payroll department is seeking to hire a casual Payroll supervisor. The Payroll Supervisor is responsible for the administration and end to end processing of a bi-weekly Payroll using Oracle Fusion software ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legislated requirements. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Supervisor oversees the payroll process/system, and ensures that all policies, procedures and other requirements related to the proper administration of an accurate and timely payroll are met. The Payroll Supervisor remains informed on employment legislation for both provincial and federal and CRA requirements and changes related to payroll.
Hiring Salary Range: $59,598.75– $74,498.44 per year (based on qualifications and experience)
Full Salary Range: $59,598.75 – $89,398.13 per year (reflecting potential growth within the role)
