• Strong knowledge of Excel with pivot tables, complex formulas and automation.
• Familiarity with Workday payroll system.
• Bilingual French and English proficiency.
• Payroll experience in unionized manufacturing environments.
• Experience in large or complex organizational settings.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong collaboration skills and teamwork ability.

Responsabilités

• Process payroll for Canadian hourly employees across multiple environments with data validation.
• Maintain employee master files and align with HR systems.
• Apply facility-specific work agreements and non-union standards.
• Prepare ROEs and other year-end documentation.
• Contribute to year-end processes and accuracy.
• Collaborate on changes to collective agreements.
• Perform retroactive calculations during work agreement renewals.
• Keep payroll procedures up to date for compliance and efficiency.
• Assist with payroll integration for unionized employees during acquisitions.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll systems and processes.
