Job summary

ABB Canada Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist (6-month contract) based in Saint-Laurent, Quebec, with a hybrid work model (2 to 3 days per month in the office).

The role processes daily HR/payroll transactions for assigned service lines or countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations. Responsibilities include validating master data for payrolls, preparing ROEs, analyzing issues via tickets, supporting year-end validations, and extracting payroll reports.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills.
• Workday knowledge is required.
• PCP designation is considered an asset.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
• Able to manage multiple requests with tight deadlines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Each day, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience by ensuring HR transactions are completed accurately, thoroughly, and on time.
