The position offers a hybrid work model (2 to 3 days per month in the office) and requires strong Excel skills, Workday experience, and bilingual communication (French and English) to liaise across Canadian teams.

Responsibilities

• Validate master data for weekly and bi-weekly payrolls.
• Prepare Records of Employment (ROEs).
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues for employees, managers, and external clients through customer service tickets.
• Assist with year-end payroll validations.
• Participate in projects.
• Extract and analyze payroll-related reports.
