Base pay range

CA$25.00/hr - CA$35.00/hr

6-month contract to perm. Hybrid in Etobicoke, ON.

Job Description:

Insight Global is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join a leading HCM/Payroll company for a full-time job that starts off as a contract. The ideal candidate would be joining the service delivery team and working with small, medium, and national-size accounts which provide end-to-end payroll solutions for these companies. They should have experience managing or running end-to-end, complex payrolls that cover different provinces and unions across Canada. They should have their PCP (Payroll Compliance Practitioner) and have worked in problem-solving or complex process improvement within payroll.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Canadian payroll experience
• PCP certification (completed or in progress)
• End-end payroll management of complex, and cross-provincial payrolls, including year-end payroll
• Can demonstrate the ability to resolve complex problems

Compensation:

$25/hr to $35/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees will also have access to a registered retirement savings account with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
