Under limited supervision, the payroll specialist plays a critical role in delivering an accurate and efficient payroll process that complies with applicable regulations. This includes payroll processing, record keeping, reconciliation, compliance, and analysis activities. The role involves responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll, supporting and maintaining the payroll system, and providing payroll expertise on departmental and cross-functional projects.

What you can expect from RGA:
Compensation Range:
$68,200.00 - $85,250.00 annually
Base pay varies based on knowledge, skills, experience, and location. RGA offers an annual bonus plan, and some roles are eligible for long-term equity incentives. We also provide comprehensive health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
