You will manage biweekly payroll for Canada and the U.S., lead recruitment activities, and contribute to HR programs and communications. ADP Workforce Now proficiency and HRIS/ATS experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of HR experience.
• Experience supporting payroll administration and processing.
• Knowledge of HR policies, employment standards, and payroll compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with biweekly payroll for Canada & US employees.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and job postings across the group.
• Support HR programs, onboarding, and employee communications.
• Maintain confidential HR records and respond to inquiries.
• Develop expertise in payroll systems and improve processes.
