Qualifications

• Experience in payroll or accounting preferred, training provided.
• Familiarity with Canadian, US, and UK payroll standards is a plus.
• Accounting fundamentals are essential; CPA designation is an asset, not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll for Canada, US, and UK; become payroll guru.
• Cross-train on accounts payable within the Float system.
• Coordinate with People, HRIS, and finance teams to keep payroll data up-to-date.
• Document processes and help AI identify repetitive tasks in payroll and AP.
