S.R.T. MedStaff in Downtown Toronto seeks a Payroll Data Entry Clerk for a permanent, full-time, on-site role. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the successful candidate will support payroll operations with diligent data entry and administrative tasks.

Salary starts at $47,000 CAD annually, commensurate with experience. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with an occasional weekend evening rotation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience, preferably in health care.
• Telephone etiquette and experience required.
• Data entry and computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• High precision and attention to detail; ability to handle repetitive tasks.
• Good knowledge of standard office practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create initial patient schedules based on frequency information.
• Change patient schedules and service dates in the system according to instructions.
• Update and maintain patient information accurately and timely.
• Upload patient information into database and send to field staff as needed.
• Communicate changes with the patient's health care team.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information per privacy laws and policies.
• Assist with other tasks as required.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Payroll Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team in Downtown Toronto. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site opportunity. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the successful candidate will provide essential administrative and clerical support to the payroll department, helping ensure accurate data entry and efficient payroll operations.

Shift Information

Monday to Friday from 1pm to 9pm - with a weekend evening rotation.

Compensation

Salary starting from $47,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
