S.R.T. MedStaff in Downtown Toronto is seeking a Payroll Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. This permanent, full-time, on-site role supports the payroll department with accurate data entry and efficient payroll operations.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will handle scheduling data, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with the health care team. Monday to Friday from 1pm to 9pm, with weekend evening rotation, and a starting salary of $47,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience, preferably in the health care industry.
• Telephone etiquette and experience required.
• Data entry and computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• High precision and attention to detail and ability to work on repetitive tasks.
• Good knowledge of standard office practices and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Create initial patient schedules based on frequency information.
• Change patient schedules and service dates in the system according to verbal/written instructions.
• Update and maintain patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Upload patient information into database and send to field staff when required.
• Communicate changes and updates with the patient's health care team.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information in accordance with privacy legislation and S.R.T. MedStaff's privacy, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with other tasks as required.
