Function & Scope: The Payroll & Benefits Administrator will be a highly skilled and customer-focused Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll and benefits services while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and collective agreement requirements. As a vital member of our team, you will work closely with the team, contributing to a positive work culture that fosters growth and development. Key responsibilities include interpretation of policies, processing benefits, ensuring system compliance, handling benefits enquiries, benefits reconciliations to vendor invoices and T4s, processing payroll and answering payroll enquiries. This role requires the ability to build credible and valued relationships through true partnership.
