Job summary

Crown Packaging in Richmond, BC is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide frontline support to the Senior Leadership Team and President. This full-time, on-site role handles travel arrangements, event planning, file digitization, and meeting materials.

You will prepare PowerPoint presentations, manage calendars, and coordinate leadership meetings. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in similar roles, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Completion of Administrative courses or certificate preferred.
  • 1-2 years’ experience as an Administrative Coordinator
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Travel & hotel booking as required for Senior Leadership Team
  • Assist with event planning, booking, and being an active participant in events.
  • Scan paper employees files and save to electronic files as well as HRIS.
  • Assist with preparing presentation for leadership meetings in MS PowerPoint
  • Coordinate meeting scheduling with calendars.
  • Organizing and planning leadership team meetings and activities as required
  • Responsible for note taking at leadership meetings as required.
  • Organizing and ensuring supplies are on hand as needed as well as supplies areas tidy and organized.
  • Prepare correspondence and communication as required.
  • Ordering office supplies for Richmond offices
  • Ordering lunches for meetings
  • Other duties and support as requested by the Senior Leadership Team

Function & Scope: The Administrative Coordinator provides frontline support to the President of Crown Packaging as well as to the Senior Leadership Team.
