Responsibilities include processing payroll for a large Canadian population, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and year-end activities, while collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle.
• Experience processing high-volume payroll, preferably for 500+ employees.
• Strong experience with multi-provincial Canadian payroll is required.
• PCP designation is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Quebec payroll requirements is a plus.
• Experience with payroll system testing, enhancements, implementations, or upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for a large Canadian employee population.
• Support and oversee the full payroll function, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Manage year-end payroll activities, including preparation and processing of required employee tax documentation.

This is a critical, time-sensitive role with opportunities for professional growth and advancement into a supervisory position. If you are a detail-oriented payroll professional with experience supporting large-volume, multi-provincial Canadian payroll and working with Oracle, this role provides an opportunity to support the payroll function for a large Canadian employee population, participate in system testing and enhancements, and manage important year-end activities. You will play an important role in ensuring payroll is processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable requirements.
