Job summary

Portfolio Credit Control is seeking a Payroll and HR Administrator in Mississauga for a hybrid role after probation, supporting a multi-site environment. You will report to the HR Director and handle onboarding, offboarding, and payroll tasks, including union-related duties and year-end processes.

The ideal candidate has experience managing 170+ employees in ON, using ADP WFN and BambooHR, and excels at communication with employees and partners to ensure accurate payroll runs and HR support as

Qualifications

• Experience managing 170+ salaried and hourly employees in Ontario.
• Onboarding and offboarding using ADP.
• Experience working with unionized employees and reviewing collective agreements.
• Proficient in Excel for timesheet management.
• Year-end payroll experience including T4s, WSIB, EHT, etc.
• Systems experience with ADP WFN and BambooHR is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for inquiries in person and over the phone.
• Ability to coordinate payroll runs with an ADP partner.
• Support HR and recruitment needs as required.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and administer HR tasks for a multi-site environment.

Role: Payroll and HR Administrator

Location: Mississauga hybrid after probation.

Our client is seeking an experienced payroll and HR professional to support their multi-site environment

Reporting to the HR Director the ideal candidate will have experience with;

• managed 170+ salaried and hourly employees in ON
• handling employee onboarding and off boarding into ADP
• experience working with union employees – reviewing collective agreements, handling dues etc.
• comfortable using excel to manage time sheet hours
• year end payroll experience, reivewing the T4s, WSIB, EHT etc.
• systems experience with ADP WFN and BambooHR is considered an asset
• strong communicator, ability to answer inquries in person and over the phone
• ability to work with ADP partner regarding payroll runs
• supporting HR and recruitment needs on an as needs basis
• PCP considered an asset
