You’ll lead a dynamic team, streamline processes, and ensure our payroll and benefits systems run smoothly, accurately, and compliantly.
About the Role
As the Payroll & Benefits Lead , you will oversee full-cycle payroll operations, manage benefit programs, and serve as a key partner to our Finance and HR teams. You'll also lead and support exciting special projects, audits, and system enhancements—all while making sure our staff and contractors are well taken care of.
This role reports directly to senior leadership and provides plenty of room for growth, innovation, and meaningful contribution.
Schedule : Monday to Friday 8 : 30am - 4 : 30pm
Location : Coquitlam, B.C. (Onsite)
