Job summary

Southbridge Care Homes is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join a fast-paced Ontario-based team. The role focuses on accurate payroll processing across a portfolio of long-term care and retirement homes, with Dayforce Dayforce implementation support and compliance with CBAs and legislation.

The successful candidate will have 2–4 years of full-cycle payroll experience, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of full-cycle payroll experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, HR, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation and CBAs.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely payroll for multiple sites using Dayforce.
• Support implementation, testing, audits, and rollout of Dayforce.
• Train home-level staff on payroll processes and policies.
• Collaborate with finance on reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.
• Manage year-end tasks including T4s and statutory reporting.
