Job summary

Atlantic Packaging is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst in Scarborough, Ontario to support accurate and timely payroll processing using Dayforce across hourly and salaried staff.

You will collaborate with Payroll, HR Technology, Finance and IT to test changes, validate data and ensure compliance with Canadian payroll requirements during a major HR tech transformation.

On-site role with a focus on controls, audits and system testing to sustain payroll integrity.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Dayforce payroll experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll processes and statutory requirements.
• Experience with payroll testing, data validation and system updates.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review inputs, employee changes, earnings and deductions for accuracy.
• Perform payroll audits and data validation prior to close.
• Provide Dayforce functional and technical support and testing.
• Coordinate vendor management and documentation of changes.
• Support HR technology transformation and system go-lives.
