Day in the Life:

• Manage and maintain the Workflow Request Queue in SuccessFactors Employee Central for all Canadian Employees, including managing data changes
• Ensure compliance with Federal & Provincial payroll legislation and company policy
• Maintain employee records as per government regulations
• Process CRA Remittances
• Process Garnishments
• Process EHT Remittances
• Process Union Payments
• Respond to union inquiries and assist with union review
• Create, review, and validate Jira tickets
• Liaise with branches on payroll-related items
• Assist with other duties as assigned

What We Are Seeking:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a payroll processing role
• Knowledge of relevant government regulations
• PCP or CPM designation preferred or relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience with salaried, hourly, union, and non-union payroll is required
