Job summary

AGAT Laboratories in Calgary is seeking a Payroll Administrator for a full-time permanent role reporting to the Payroll Supervisor. You will support the payroll team with data entry, reporting, filing and administrative duties in a dynamic, professional environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, is working towards PCP designation, and brings experience in payroll and ADP products. Excellent English communication, French a plus, strong organizational and analytical skills are

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• PCP designation strongly preferred.
• Experience in payroll department is an asset.
• Experience with ADP products an asset.
• Excellent communication skills in English required and French a considerable asset.
• Computer skills required.
• Planning, organization, attention to detail, analysis and decision making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and input of verified payroll information, on new hires, and employee status changes.
• Assist with responding to employee inquiries on payroll related issues.
• Assist in preparation reports.
• Filing and other administrative tasks.
