You will post job ads, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and help ensure compliance with employment laws. Strong communication in English and French is preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office and ADP Workforce Now is a plus. Qualifications

• Experience as an administrative professional.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general recruitment support including posting job ads, tracking open positions, conducting pre-screening calls, and scheduling interviews when requested or in the absence of the Recruiter.
• Responsible for HR functions in all provinces where AGAT has operations; knowledge of varying provincial and territorial legislation will be a strong asset.
• Review HRIS reports for audit purposes and follow-up with management as required.
