The Payroll Administrator is responsible for a variety of payroll duties including processing payrolls, managing employee data, and generating payroll reports. The role requires maintaining confidentiality and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Specific Responsibilities include:

• Preparing weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payrolls.
• Responding to payroll-related queries.
• Generating ROEs.
• Processing deductions.
• Settling and exporting miles and earnings.
• Managing remittance and payroll reports.

• Interest in achieving designation through the Canadian Payroll Association.
• Post-secondary education related to payroll is an asset.
• Attention to detail and passion for working with numbers and data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing needs.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience in the trucking industry, Great Plains Software, or TMW is an asset.
• Experience in an office setting with payroll experience is an asset.
