Job summary

Moneris is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of the Payment Gateway and API platform, ensuring secure, scalable, and developer-friendly integrations across Canada. You will collaborate with Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Commercial teams to define roadmaps, manage lifecycle, and drive better merchant and developer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in payments or related tech.
• Experience with API-driven platforms and gateways.
• Knowledge of payment ecosystems and compliance considerations.
• Experience partnering across Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Commercial.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define a 3–18 month roadmap for the gateway and API platform.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to retirement.
• Improve developer integrations through better docs and onboarding.
• Collaborate across Technology, Operations, Compliance, Sales, and Support.
• Manage backlog, prioritize, and guide cross-functional delivery.
• Define and track OKRs, adoption, reliability, and integration metrics.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.
