Zusammenfassung

Priority Patient Transfer is hiring a Full-Time Patient Transfer Attendant for our Belleville, ON location. You will safely transport patients via stretcher or wheelchair to and from healthcare facilities, nursing homes, or private residences, while delivering excellent customer service and clear communication.

We offer 12-hour shifts (Mon-Sun) with opportunities for night and weekend availability. Must have valid First Responder or EMCA certification (or be pursuing Paramedic Diploma year 1)

Qualifikationen

• Must have valid First Responder Certification or Advanced Emergency Medical Care Assistant Certification or be working towards a Paramedic Diploma (year 1 completed) or be a Fire Fighter with EMR Certification.
• Valid BLS Certification; training provided if needed.
• Valid G class driving license.
• Able to lift 250+ lbs with stretcher/stair chair with partner.

Priority Patient Transfer is hiring 1 Full-Time Patient Transfer Attendants, for an existing role for our Belleville, ON Location

Your Role

• You are responsible for the safe transport of patients via stretcher/wheelchair to/from a healthcare facility, nursing home, or private residence
• You can provide outstanding customer service
• You have excellent communication skills

Shifting Requirements

• We offer a competitive hourly pay of $19.50/ hour
• Must be available Monday - Sunday (12 Hour Shifts - 3 - 4 days per week)

Your Profile

You must possess the following qualifications:

• You have a valid First Responder Certification OR Advanced Emergency Medical Care Assistant Certification OR are working towards a Paramedic Diploma (must be finished year 1) OR are a Fire Fighter with Emergency Medical Responder Certification.
• You have a Valid BLS Certification (please note, we provide BLS training if needed)
• You possess a valid G class driving license.
• You have the ability to lift 250+ lbs. using a stretcher or stair chair with partner.
• You can effectively communicate in both verbal and written English.
• You are a safe driver with a clean driving record
• You can obtain a clean criminal record search with vulnerable sector screening
• You have up to date immunization records and can provide the following records of: MMR, DPT, Polio, Varicella, Hepatitis B, COVID-19 (2 doses), TB Skin Test (Step 1) *must be valid within last 12 month.
• You are comfortable with 12hrs shifts
• You have night and weekend availability if requested.
