FYidoctors Kelowna - Spall Plaza clinic is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to provide outstanding service to patients, handle check-in/out, and support eye-care operations in a busy clinic.

Role involves coordinating appointments, processing payments, and assisting with eyewear repairs. Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork are essential; previous retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is an asset.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with patients and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email.
• Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care.
• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments.
• Manage eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear.
• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required.
