Job summary

FYidoctors Surrey clinic is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to join our team and deliver exceptional service to patients in person, by phone, and by email.

You’ll handle check-in/out, pre-testing support, appointment coordination, billing, eyewear pickups and minor repairs, and ensure a positive patient experience in a fast-paced environment open Monday to Saturday. Competitive wages with bonuses and optical benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is asset.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative, adaptable and proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients; manage check-in/out; engage in person, by phone and email.
• Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care.
• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing.
• Manage eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs/adjustments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and a positive patient experience.
• Support clinic operations with additional duties as required.
