FYidoctors - Okotoks - Southridge clinic is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to deliver exceptional patient service in a busy eye-care setting. You will greet patients, manage check-in/out, assist with pre-testing, and coordinate appointments while handling billing and eyewear pickups.

The ideal candidate has retail experience, excels at multitasking, and communicates effectively with patients. This full-time role offers growth, strong optical benefits, and a collaborative team environment.

• Previous retail experience is an asset.

• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Our FYidoctors - Okotoks - Southridge clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy!

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration.

This position is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email
• Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care
• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments
• Manage eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear
