• Previous retail experience is considered an asset.

• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Our FYidoctors Saskatoon - Market Mall clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy!

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration.

This position is a full-time role until November 2027, working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email
