Alberta Precision Laboratories (APL) is seeking an Administrative Support II to join Market Mall PSC. As one of the first contacts in the PSC, you greet and triage patients, enter test orders accurately, and perform general administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Health care or clinical laboratory experience preferred.
• Experience in data entry and customer service; familiarity with Epic Connect Care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and triage patients in the Patient Service Centre.
• Enter test orders into the Laboratory Information System.
• Provide general administrative duties with accuracy and privacy.
