Job summary

Natural Way Chiropractic in Calgary seeks an Outbound Patient Coordinator to be the first voice for interested prospects. You will promptly contact new leads, build rapport, address hesitations, and book qualified prospects.

Responsibilities include outbound calls, real-time note taking, and using our CRM to manage lead data and follow-up sequences. A healthcare or wellness background is preferred, with strong communication and organization skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outbound sales or appointment-setting experience.
• Clear, articulate spoken English and professional phone presence.
• Ability to talk and type simultaneously with accurate live note-taking.
• Advanced computer fluency and data entry.
• Experience with CRM and lead tracking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact new leads within the target response window.
• Conduct outbound calls and adapt to each prospect.
• Enter call notes and lead data in real time during conversations.
• Follow a structured multi-touch sequence for follow-up.
• Address objections with empathy and evidence-based healthcare knowledge.
