Responsibilities

• Setting patients up for spinal decompression under the guidance of our chiropractors.
• Helping patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for.
• Managing the majority of phone calls, text messages, and emails.
• Scheduling and assisting patients with appointment questions.
• Completing patient follow-ups and communications.
• Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Keeping treatment areas organized, stocked, and ready.
• Supporting chiropractors and team wherever needed.
