Qualifikationen

• Active CSNM membership in good standing.
• 1–2 years supervising a diverse healthcare team.
• Comprehensive health and safety knowledge and training.
• Strong supervisory skills with ability to motivate and lead staff.
• Unionized environment experience is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Supervise daily operations of the Patient Food Services Department, including meal service to patients, sanitation, ware washing and security.
• Continuously monitor operations, perform assessments and action plans to ensure optimal nutrition care and meal service.
• Drive patient satisfaction and maintain client relationships through rounding.
• Address the needs of the patient population and relate to age-specific considerations.
• Ensure compliance with Compass’ Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Program, OHSA and WHMIS regulations.
• Manage resources to maintain supply quality and cost control within budget guidelines.
