The Role

We are looking for a charismatic, detail-oriented individual to join us in a hybrid role that is equal parts Concierge and Clinical Assistant.

You will be the \"curator\" of the patient experience. You are the first person to set the tone for their visit and the expert hand that prepares them for their exam. This is not a traditional medical receptionist role; it is a position for someone who loves technology, appreciates high-end design, and thrives on providing \"white-glove\" service.

Your Responsibilities

• The Concierge Experience: Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, managing the flow of the clinic to ensure a seamless, stress-free visit.
• Clinical Preliminary Diagnostics: Operate advanced diagnostic imaging equipment to capture precise data and images of the eye.
• Data Collection: Accurately gather patient medical histories and concerns, ensuring the Optometrist has everything they need for a comprehensive exam.
• The Hand-Off: Act as the vital link between the front-of-house and the exam room, providing a warm and professional \"hand-over\" to our doctors.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Share our passion for independent, handmade eyewear and our commitment to tailored service.
