Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a dental office administrator or equivalent.
• Diploma in dental office administration or related area preferred.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Cleardent is an asset.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 2-4 years of experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist or combination of diploma in dental office administration and 1-2 years administrative experience


• Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is considered an asset


• Experience with dental practice management software such as (Cleardent] is considered an asset


• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families


• Customer service mindset
