WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 1-2 years of experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist or combination of diploma in dental office administration
• Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is a must
• Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix preferred
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills
• Is organized and enjoys multitasking
• Has a positive attitude and loves working as part of a team
