Job summary

Regional Fertility Program in Calgary is seeking a full-time Patient Concierge / Receptionist to join our welcoming clinic. You will be the first smile patients see, handling check-ins, scheduling, billing support, and EMR updates.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, updating EMR records, booking appointments, processing payments, and guiding patients to ultrasound rooms. A positive, patient-centered attitude is essential for a calm, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be computer literate and able to type quickly.
• Strong time management and organizational skills are essential.
• willingness to learn and grow in a clinic setting.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary in admin/healthcare is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

Be the face and voice of our clinic — online, on the phone, and in person!
