Greet & check in patients
Update and manage patient records in EMR
Book appointments & send reminders
Process payments & reconcile daily reports
Prepare charts & assist with billing
Escort patients to ultrasound rooms
Maintain a calm, respectful waiting room
Computer savvy + fast typing
Great time management
Willingness to learn and grow
High school diploma (Post-secondary in admin/healthcare = a plus!)
Certification in Medical Office Administration? Even better!
