The salary range for this position is CAD $49.20 - $67.08 / hour.

In accordance with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) standards and Fraser Health’s values, the Patient Care Coordinator provides clinical supervision, guidance, and support within the assigned units, overseeing daily patient flow and participating in research, policy, quality improvement, and risk management activities.
Current RN registration with BCCNM, with at least 3 years of recent clinical experience in the designated area, including 1 year of supervisory experience, or equivalent education and training. Postgraduate coursework or certification is preferred.
