Job summary

Amazon is launching an Operations Leadership Development Program (Pathways) in Canada for MBA or Master's grads to drive cross-functional impact across fulfillment, sortation, and delivery operations.

You will rotate through areas from Area Manager to Senior Operations Manager, lead teams of 50–100 associates, and partner with senior leaders to accelerate improvements while balancing safety, quality, and productivity. Toronto-based program start with relocation within Canada.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional or military experience.
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, an MBA or equivalent Master’s level degree.
• Ability to work flexible hours including overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate within Canada.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to identify and solve complex business and operational challenges.
