Job summary

Amazon is launching an Operations Leadership Development Program (Pathways) in Canada for MBA or Master's grads to drive cross-functional impact across fulfillment, sortation, and delivery operations.

You will rotate through areas from Area Manager to Senior Operations Manager, lead teams of 50–100 associates, and partner with senior leaders to accelerate improvements while balancing safety, quality, and productivity. Toronto-based program start with relocation within Canada.

Qualifications

Program Overview:

Pathways is Amazon's three-year Operations Leadership Development Program, designed to cultivate the next generation of senior operations leadership. Participants gain high visibility with senior executives while tackling challenging assignments across diverse sites, technologies, and geographies.

Program Steps:
  • Step 1 – Area Manager: Lead 50–100 associates on the front lines of a fulfillment, sortation, or delivery centre.
  • Step 2 – Operations Manager: Lead and develop other managers, drive process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Step 3 – Senior Operations Manager: Execute regional or network-level initiatives, potentially running entire sites.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics, or related field
  • Master of Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Systems, or Computer Engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
Compensation:

Starting at $119,800 CAD annually (Toronto). Total compensation includes base pay, sign-on bonus (paid over first two years), and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

3+ years of professional or military experience; currently enrolled in or recently completed an MBA or equivalent Master's degree program (within past 24 months); ability to work flexible hours including overnights, weekends, and holidays; willingness to relocate within Canada
