Job summary

Wingstop Canada is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Calgary, AB to lead daily store operations, coach a high-energy team, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast paced environment. You will learn the ins and outs of restaurant management, including labour, inventory, scheduling, sales targets and cost controls, while partnering with the General Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Shift Lead/Manager or 1+ year as Assistant GM in a high-volume restaurant.
• Growth mindset and drive to become General Manager.
• People-first leadership and ability to build a motivated team.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations alongside the GM to keep the team energized and the store running smoothly.
• Ensure high-quality food and exceptional guest service in a fast-paced setting.
• Handle labour, inventory, scheduling, sales targets, and cost controls.
• Recruit, train, and coach team members to deliver top performance.
• Learn restaurant management and financial performance to prepare for GM.
