Wingstop Canada is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Calgary, AB to lead daily store operations, coach a high-energy team, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast paced environment. You will learn the ins and outs of restaurant management, including labour, inventory, scheduling, sales targets and cost controls, while partnering with the General Manager.

• 3+ years in Shift Lead/Manager or 1+ year as Assistant GM in a high-volume restaurant.

What We’re Looking For

• A track record of leadership in a fast-paced hospitality environment—for example, 3+ years as a Shift Lead/Manager or 1+ year as an Assistant General Manager of a high-volume restaurant. Bonus points for having both back-of-house and full-service front-of-house experience.
• A growth mindset and the drive to develop into a future General Manager.
• A people-first leader and natural coach who can build a strong, motivated team and create an amazing workplace culture.
• Passion for food, flavour, and delivering an unforgettable customer experience.
• The ability to hustle, problem-solve, and keep cool under pressure - because peak hour gets intense!
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, cash handling, or shift management is a strong asset.
