Job summary

Pattison Ag seeking a Parts Tech for a shift-based role in North Battleford. You will serve as the first contact for customers, locate parts, place orders, and stock inventory. The job requires knowledge of agricultural parts and machinery and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural parts and machinery.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Experience using parts/software systems for inventory and orders.
• Ability to lift heavy parts and work in a physically active role.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with locating parts and placing orders.
• Aid in stocking, tidying and receiving inventory.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Participate in training and development to grow product knowledge.
